my wife 11 weeks pregnant. My partner already had a daughter with BOR syndrome (ear fistula, mild deafness but no kidney abnormalities). Since this is a hereditary disease, how can we be sure that our baby will not have this syndrome? Can I ask for more chromosome analysis in the 3 tests planned next month (February 15th) or do I have to react now? From what I have already read, it would be an anomaly of chromosome 8 but would you have any other information about it?

Any help appreciated.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
